Abby enjoyed many years as the only child until Abby’s parents had twins who developed a pet allergy. Meet sweet and sassy Abby, a charming pup who's ready to find her perfect adventure and cuddle buddy! While she’d love the company of another dog, Abby definitely wants to shine as the star of the show. She hasn’t met any cats yet, and she would do best in a child-free home or one with older kids (over 12 years old). Abby isn’t a fan of being left alone for long periods, so she'll be happiest with someone who can spend quality time with her.   At almost 12 years young, Abby is still bursting with curiosity and energy. She loves cuddling on the couch or snuggling in your lap while you read, but she’s always up for a fun walk, hike, or car ride! Abby is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained, and she has never had an accident in her foster home! She enjoys hanging out in the backyard with a temporary fence and loves soaking up the sun whenever she can.   Abby is a vocal little lady who likes to express herself, especially if something unexpected happens.
