With his glossy black coat and those bright, wide eyes, Alfredo cuts a dashing figure indeed! Alfredo likes attention although he does not always know how to seek it out – he is a “cautiously curious” kind of cat.  Once comfortable, Alfredo really does relish in love and affection from people though! Alfredo still displays much playfulness but he’s also just happy relaxing on a cat tree in the sunshine.  Alfredo desires a quiet home with cat-savvy people who can give him all of the attention he craves and, at the same time, be patient with him when Alfredo is ready for some alone time.  Alfredo’s ideal would be an adult only home or with older school aged children, who can respect his boundaries.  Alfredo previously lived with other felines and seems comfortable at the rescue, but can be selective with other cats and prefers the companionship of people.  He did live in the past with an older, small breed feline-savvy dog.  Alfredo’s birthday is in June 2015.
