Must adopt with bond mate, Walnut Hi! I am Almond Butter. I’m a curious and adventurous lady who loves lots of runtime so I can explore. I also like to jump up on your back because I want to be around you! I’m very friendly with people and absolutely love being petted—I’ll gladly sit and enjoy the attention for as long as you’re willing to give it. I haven’t had the chance to meet other animals in my foster home yet, so I’m not sure how I might respond to them. When I see you, I happily assume I am getting treats or food of some kind! I’m extremely food-motivated, so you’ll have my heart in no time. I love to chew and have lots of toys for it, though I’m especially fond of my Hidey box. I have pretty good litter box habits, and I’m not picky when it comes to veggies—I’ll eat just about any kind. I’ve been through a lot, being found as a stray bunny and giving birth soon after rescue, but I haven’t let that dim my sweet, loving personality. Walnut and I ready for a forever home where we can continue enjoying the good life indoors, surrounded by love, comfort, and lots of treats! *RRMN requires all children be 10+ years old for first time bunny owners and 8+ for those with previous bunny experience. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.* If you're interested, please fill out an adoption application at: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. Gender: Female (Spayed) Approximate birthdate: Fall 2024 Approximate weight: 4.19 pounds Adoption fee for Pair: $160.00 (+tax) RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA. If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.
