Name:    Amiga        Best Guess for Breed:    Chihuahua & Terrier Best Guess for Age:    2 years as of Aug 2024        Gender:    female Approximate Weight:    10 lbs Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with cats or kids yet but she can be tested.  We would be cautious placing Amiga in a home with children under 12 years old because young kids can often scare small breed dogs with their level of energy or noise.  Children would need to be supervised closely to ensure their interactions with the dog are calm and gentle in nature.  We would be happy to discuss this more in depth with any applicant. Currently Living At: The Shelter. She needs a foster or adopter to secure her freedom ride to the DMV.  Special adoption considerations:  Amiga has not yet been spayed.
