This delicate little sweetheart is slowly learning what it means to feel safe and loved. Apple Blossom came to Reach Rescue after being left behind by a breeding operation, and the world is still a very big and sometimes scary place for her. At just a young age, she’s still learning to trust people. She startles easily and may run or hide when approached, but her foster mom is beginning to see glimpses of the gentle, loving dog she’ll become.  Apple Blossom must have another dog in the home to build her confidence and model positive dog behaviors.  She enjoys the company of other dogs, exploring the backyard, and has recently discovered the joys of chew toys and chin scratches. Apple Blossom will need a patient, understanding home that can give her time, kindness, and consistency as she continues to come out of her shell.
