Hi! I’m Asiago! I’m an approximately 6 week old (as of 08/03/2024), female, Domestic Short Haired tabby who weighs about 1lb 1oz. I will be available for pre-adoption on August 5th with a go home date of August 15th. I will be required to return to the shelter for my spay on Wednesday, September 18th. This is a non-negotiable so plan accordingly. My adoption fee is $75 and that includes my spay, rabies vaccination, 1st dewormer, 1st FVRCP, and microchip. Since I am so young, meet and greets will be scheduled by approved application only. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
