Athena is fully potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go out. She’s also crate trained and does exceptionally well when left out in the home, never destroying anything. Her only quirk? She leaves her toys out, much to the amusement of her family.Athena is a gentle giant with her toys, never tearing them up. However, when she’s excited or just relaxing, she has a tendency to fart—be warned, she can clear a room! Athena is always on guard when someone new arrives, charging and barking to protect her home. Despite this, she is a loving, loyal, playful, and funny girl who loves to smell everything.Ideal Home: Athena needs a home filled with love and attention. A perfect home would have a fenced-in large yard where she can run and play freely. She needs someone strong enough to hold her back when she gets excited and is ready to bolt. A firm but loving owner who is willing to work with her on correcting her bad habits would be ideal. While she does well with men and women, her compatibility with small children is unknown.Training: Athena does very well on her leash and harness, but she becomes excited and forcefully ready to charge when she sees a person or animal. She responds well to most commands and is extremely intelligent.Likes: Athena loves kisses, cuddles, and all the love you can give her. If she likes you, she will sit on you! She enjoys long walks and her favorite toys are her tug rope and squeakers, which make her howl in the cutest and funniest way.Dislikes: Athena does not like to see play fighting or any animals outside, including deer, rabbits, cats, dogs, and some birds.General Personality: Athena is a goofy girl but also a couch potato who will follow you around everywhere you go. Her energy level is high, but she’s always ready to sit and chill with you. She is very affectionate and loves everyone once she is comfortable with them.
