She was homeless along side her person, when a spot opened in a Shelter for the Winter. Athena wasn’t allowed so a lady held onto her. She has been surrendered & ready to start her next chapter.  She is about 1 years old and weighs about 32 pounds.  Very sweet and good with other dogs  **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org.
