He knows “sit,” “paw,” and “get in” (to enter his crate) and is working hard on potty training using a bell by the door.Baxter is crate trained and even enjoys his crate, often putting himself to bed when he’s ready for a nap.This affectionate boy loves snuggles, though he’s still figuring out how to relax into them completely. He’s made great progress and loves to sleep at your feet while you’re working, enjoying being close to his humans.When it’s playtime, Baxter shines! He’s all about toys and will happily spend hours entertaining himself or playing with his foster brother, Chip. Food-motivated and eager to learn, Baxter is a quick study for anyone looking to teach him new tricks.Baxter’s goofy side is pure joy—he’ll paw at you to demand endless pets, give sweet kisses, and make the funniest Yoshi-like sounds when he yawns.
