Notes from Bear’s foster: ‘Hi, Iâ&#194&#128&#194&#153m Bear!Donâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t let my shyness or my age fool you. I may take a little time to warm up to new people and environments, but once I do, my loving and playful personality shines through.Iâ&#194&#128&#194&#153m house-trained, smart, quiet, curious and a good listener. I enjoy observing my surroundings and learn quickly. I know my name, understand â&#194&#128&#194&#156noâ&#194&#128&#194&#157, ‘sit’, and Iâ&#194&#128&#194&#153m currently working on more commands. I love being with my foster family – I play nice with my senior foster sister and follow my foster mom around the house and lay at her feet.I love being outside, especially going for walks, and I do pretty well on a leash. Food is my favorite thing – I’m highly motivated by treats, and I do a little dance for mealtime! I don’t like to share my food and prefer my separate space when I eat. Iâ&#194&#128&#194&#153m looking for a calm, patient home where I can feel safe, build confidence, and truly come out of my shell.
