Initially he would not put his right back leg on the ground, and an x-ray showed that his femur had been broken previously, but was healing and did not require surgery. In the six weeks since that x-ray, it has healed very well, and he only favors it slightly now. Bennett is a love bug. He’s never met a stranger, and he likes cats and kids and other dogs. In his first foster home since being in the shelter, he has shown to be completely house trained. He’s a smart boy and just wants to please. What Bennett wants and deserves is to snuggle on the couch with someone who will love him forever. Approximate Birthdate:  Feb 2019 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.
