Hi, Birdie here – I am a fluffy little 10 lb chihuahua mix female. I was rescued from a high-volume shelter with my buddy named Libby. Little senior dogs do not do well in over-crowded, loud shelters. I am very happy to be safe and pampered in foster care now. I am a trusting, easy-going, friendly little gal. My age is estimated to be 11 years old. I will be having some dental work in my future that SCP will take care of. I love all dogs, and I am good with kitties:) I am crate-trained and house-broken if taken out regularly. I never make a sound, unless I need to potty – then I will cry a little bit. All dogs typically show on Saturdays at the Petco in Clear Lake as well. 2410 Bay Area Blvd near Space Center. Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 (or $245 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.
