Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.  The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat if a kitten is too much energy for you! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. BISCOTTI and his siblings (AMARETTI, MOCHA TRUFFLE, SNICKERDOODLE  and BUTTERSCOTCH) were left in a carrier with her mama COOKIE on a lady’s doorstep in Murrieta, California. When notified, we found a foster and who took them in. Meet BISCOTTI, a young Russian Blue kitten from Murrieta, California, whose elegant good looks are matched by an exceptionally gentle and affectionate personality. BISCOTTI  was just three weeks old when he arrived with his mama, COOKIE, and his siblings AMARETTI,  SNICKERDOODLE, MOCHA TRUFFLE, and BUTTERSCOTCH after their little family was left together in a tiny carrier on a Murrieta doorstep. A kind lady brought them to us, and BISCOTTI  has been growing up in a loving foster home ever since. This handsome boy has a wonderfully tender nature and simply loves being close to his person. One of his favorite places in the world is right on your chest, where he can curl up for a cozy nap while listening to the comforting rhythm of your heartbeat. There is something especially sweet about having this gentle little man settle in for a cuddle, purr softly, and drift off to sleep. BISCOTTI is the kind of kitten who makes companionship feel effortless. He enjoys being near his people and seems happiest when he can share their space. Whether he is snuggled up for a nap or quietly keeping you company, he brings a peaceful sweetness wherever he goes. But do not let his elegant appearance and gentle personality fool you into thinking BISCOTTI  does not know how to have fun. This boy has an impressive talent for detecting treats! Simply shake the treat jar, and BISCOTTI  will appear in an instant. Apparently, no nap is too cozy and no distance is too great when a delicious snack is involved. Raised with plenty of love and care, BISCOTTI  is ready to bring his soft purrs, affectionate nature, and charming personality into a loving family. Not PETSMART employees.   Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning ONLY. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit.  VISITING HOURS: 5 pm – 8 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and Sunday 3 pm – 6 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours.. FOR HOLIDAYS email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are the same 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours.  *********WE CAN DO MEET AND GREETS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS********* PETSMART – 17651 Colima Rd, City Of Industry, California 91748 PETSMART – 25290 Madison Ave, Murrieta, California 92562 The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet and greets, etc…once the phone interview and home check have been done. No one is available to take calls. ************ If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets. Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit…we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption. We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. The adoption fee of $250 covers:  Neuter FVRCP shots RABIES shot FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative) Drontal Dewormer Stronghold Flea Control Microchip We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens.
