This playful, confident Maltese loves action, adventure, and being right in the middle of whatever you’re doing. Must have: Active home committed to training and engagement Exercise: Daily activity, playtime, and mental enrichment (would love agility or dog sports) Best with: Playful dogs and experienced adopters Not ideal for: Low-energy homes or adopters wanting a calm, low-maintenance dog Energy level: High Bixie is a fun-loving, affectionate companion who thrives on activity, structure, and being close to her people—she’s happiest when she has something to do and someone to do it with.
