A DELIGHTFUL PUPPY:  Approx. 3 months old / Approx. 16 lbs. & growing Hi there!  I’m Limerick!  I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control.  I’m just a baby and am so happy to be in a great foster home while I wait for my new family to come and adopt me – hopefully very soon!  • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I liked the dogs I met at the shelter, so I would likely enjoy another dog in my new home if you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend.  Let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids in my foster home, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me or that I may bump over.             • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  The two words that describe me best?  Adorable and fun!  I am a spunky puppy with playful energy and a heart full of love.  I was a brave boy for my shelter bath – sitting calmy, even for my ear cleaning, though I voiced a bit of displeasure during it, because … well … I have an opinion – lol.  Happy and loving, I am going to be a great companion to a lucky family! / Energy level:  4-6 currently, though this could change as I grow up.   • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I know the ‘sit’ command and walk pretty well on my leash in the yard for potty breaks.  I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – so get ready for some training with your new best friend.  Mostly Mutts offers free lifetime training classes for all their adopted dogs, so let’s continue my training together. / I don’t like going in the crate, but I am learning. / I’m just a baby, so I’m working on my potty manners – my foster takes me out approx. hourly during the day and after playtime, so just know that you will need to finish my potty training in our yard. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I am an equal fan of playtime with my toys and cuddling with my people.  Curling up for a comfy nap after a great play session?  The day can’t get any better than that! / Except for that pesky crate, I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow.  I’m also micro-chipped and neutered.
