He is good with other dogs and kids, no cats for Brogan. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.  He was returned to the rescue after 3.5 years with his prior family due to life events with the family that changed all of their circumstances. Hi! In rescue I go by Brogan, but I prefer the name Sonny. I am a bigger boy at 75lbs, but I am a gentle guy. In the house I love to lounge around anywhere there is carpet – I am not big on sitting in furniture. I love treats and sit and take them gently. I do well with all ages of kids and other dogs. Cats not so much – I think they are toys. I am a quiet boy unless I see the cat in my foster home or a delivery truck (I want to make sure they know I am here just to ensure that everyone's safe). One thing to note is that I am an escape artist when it comes to fences, so I need to be on a tie-out or a leash. Getting loose and making my hair dirty is a guilty pleasure. I walk well on a leash and would make a great walking/running buddy. I am fully house trained and kennel well – but am also fine when not put in the kennel.
