Brooks and his friend were found by a kind-hearted person and brought to us when no owner could be located. We did our best to find where they belonged, but unfortunately no one ever came forward to claim them.  Brooks is a sweet, friendly boy who loves being close to his people. If you're looking for a lap dog, Brooks is happy to apply for the job. He enjoys attention, affection, and spending time with his family. He gets along with other dogs and is generally friendly with other pets, but can be bossy and try to be intimidating. Brooks can be a little resource protective at times with other dogs, too. Otherwise he does well and currently is rooming with 3 other dogs.  His adoption fee is $400 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, a negative 4DX test, and he is current on ProHeart 12 and Bravecto. Brooks is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. Due to state regulations, we cannot transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
