Cagney is a super sweet, smart, young Malinois with that irresistible combination of ready for action and full on Velcro Mal!   This girl wants to be with her human and adores praise and interaction.  No shy or neutral girl here!   Looking for a companion for an active lifestyle?  Agility training?  Cagney the girl you are looking for.  Cagney is great on a leash, and enjoys meeting new people.  Beautiful Cagney is super friendly towards both men and women and loves being with other (large) dogs.  Cagney is very well mannered – she does not beg for food, counter surf and will relax on her bed when told.  She has a great off switch! Cagney is mild mannered with other dogs after proper introductions, and does not have any reactivity issues – she will even let her foster eat food out of her bowl. She is crate trained, house broken, and knows basic commands.  She has learned how to stop at the door to let her foster enter before her.   She also walks very well on a leash and has fantastic recall!.   She is still a youngster, so can be over zealous at times. She will need to be supervised around small children, just as most young Malinois need to be.  She is also now learning  more advanced commands.  A medium energy girl, she does not have ball or toy drive, but she just adores praise and attention and is treat motivated.  This girl love to run, play, and enjoys being with her humans  other dogs.   This beautiful, affectionate girl is looking for her forever human, a best friend or family who can provide her with a loving home, plenty of activity and  ongoing training.  She does have a high prey-drive, so cats and small dogs are not recommended in the same house.   Cagney did have some separation anxiety in her crate initially, but has now overcome that and willingly enters and stays calm in her crate.  Cagney is highly responsive and engaged in training when she is bonded with her human.  She will bond tightly with the person who works with her and delights in her enthusiastic and loving nature. If you are interested in adopting this pet please complete an application at this link https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/24689/generic. All dogs come with a Fi tracking collar and a one-year subscription to the GPS service.We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. If you are within 4 hours of the dog, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles.
