    Hello, I'm Calley, delighted to introduce myself. I'm a charming, senior, Papillon/Peke mix currently settling into my foster home. My weight is approximately 17 pounds, although my ideal weight is around 13 pounds. Initially, I was a bit reserved, but I'm gradually learning to trust people again, revealing my sweet nature.    I am potty trained, don't require crating, and exhibit exemplary behavior. Once I've become acquainted with other dogs, I enjoy playing with them and have a fondness for toys. Please don't let my age deceive you; I still possess a vibrant spirit and an abundance of love to offer. I would thrive in a household with older children, as younger ones might startle me with their sudden movements. Although I haven't been exposed  to cats, I suspect I would likely ignore them.   If you can provide a warm lap, a plush bed, and a loving heart, I'm confident we'll form a lasting bond.
