Callie is looking for a forever family to call her own! She is an estimated 1.5-2 years old. Callie was pregnant and abandoned at the Jefferson County Animal Control along with eight other pregnant kitties. She came from a hoarding situation, and because of that environment, she is a little shy. Her kittens are all grown up and with their forever families, and now it’s her turn! Callie enjoys being petted, but she is head shy and prefers to be petted on her back. She enjoys lazing around in her cat tree, sitting in the sunshine, and watching birds from her windowsill perch. Callie’s ideal home will be quiet and not demanding of her. Callie is friendly with other cats and with dogs of all sizes. She most likely would not thrive in a home with children under 13 as she enjoys her relaxing ‘alone’ time. She is a sweetheart and makes a great companion for someone who is lonely and looking for a friend!
