Critter Details

Cartier was found in New Kensington in an outdoor colony. He was part of a TNR group but was found to be FIV+ and FeLV+.  For his health, he was brought to the shelter so he would be loved and have a warm place to live. He is timid right now as he is not used to being around humans. With time he will learn to trust.
