Hi, I’m Castiel! I’m a 2 year-old Beagle boy, weighing about 15 pounds, with a beautiful tri-color coat. My brothers and I were surrendered to a shelter after our owner passed away — it was a tough change for all of us. I’m a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I’m all wagging tail and friendly greetings.I was kept outdoors before the shelter took my brothers and me in so I never lived indoors until now. Wow, what a change of scenery! Initially, I was hesitant but with a little encouragement from my foster family, I’m getting the hang of the whole living inside thing.I’m a picky eater and haven’t quite learned the whole housetraining thing yet. I’ve met some cats around here. I’m usually a bit scared or I keep my distance, and sometimes I bark at them if they give me “Cattitude.” Sometimes, I just want some personal space. I’m actually pretty cool with cats but I really prefer to hang out with my dog buddies.Oh, and I love car rides — they make me happy!If you’re looking for a sweet and shy pup (for now…), I'm your guy! With some love and patience, I know I'll be a pretty fantastic furry family member. I just hope my new person or people are out there looking for me too!
