It is unknown how long this little boy had been meandering the streets of inner-city Harrisburg looking for a kind person to take him under their wing. Cecil was in a little rough shape when he first came into the Castaway Critters foster program, but his battle wounds from life on the street are healing nicely. Cecil did test positive for FIV, however, but because he gets along well with other cats, he can live in a home with feline housemates. FIV is only transmitted thru sexual activity and deep, bloody bite wounds. Cecil is a very sweet boy with a lot of love to give. Cecil has been neutered, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, microchipped and tested negative for FeLV.  Interested in meeting me?  Complete an on-line application!
