See Chai’s HomepageYou can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Chai is a striking 10-month-old orange and white boy with a gentle heart. He takes a little time to feel safe in new environments, but he becomes more confident and curious once he settles in. When Chai feels overwhelmed or overstimulated, his instinct is to find a cozy hiding spot where he can observe the world from a safe distance. He does best with patient people who understand that building trust takes time. Once he knows he’s secure, he absolutely loves rolling on his back for belly pets. Chai is also very food-motivated, and snacks are a wonderful way to win him over and help him build positive associations. Chai would thrive with an adopter who respects his need for space when he’s unsure and celebrates the sweet moments when he chooses to come forward.   Estimated DOB: 4/20/25  Adoption fee: $80 (6% KY sales tax included)  We would love to hear from you!
