Hello, my name is Charlie. I was dumped in a yard in St Louis county. The kind lady that found me, took me in and loved on me and showed me that not all humans are mean. I was transferred to this rescue group where I am getting attention and enjoying it. As of April 1, 2026, I am approximately 1 year and 8 months young.
