Imagine spending your entire life tied up outside. Unfortunately, that is the reality for young Charlotte. She’s a chocolate lab mix who was born in April. She weighs about 35 pounds and is on the taller side. She is very friendly. We will update her post as we get more information on her. Charlotte is currently in Texas, but once adopted, will be transported to the NJ area.
