Hi, I’m Chevy! I am one cutie pa-tootie! I love people, making new friends, and hearing all about your day. My favorite place to be is right with you and my favorite thing to do, is whatever you are doing! I love treats and enjoy lots of snacks; treats, peanut butter, popsicles, cheese, hot dogs, really anything. I came to the shelter as a stray, a little on the skinny side, but kind and affectionate. I go to dog playgroup here and enjoy making new dog friends. When I’m not busy sniffing out a good snack, you can find me chomping on a super cool toy. I am ready to find a forever home and a family that can be mine to watch over always. Come meet me today!If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog’s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict.The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2024 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older.
