This scruffy little sweetheart is the full package of love and charm. Chimster adores other dogs and is happiest when he’s snuggled up with a furry friend (or two—or three!). If your pups love to cuddle, he’ll be their new favorite blanket buddy. He’s also a pro at cozying up in the human bed, where he sleeps soundly through the night without a peep. Chimster was recently neutered, and he’s already making great progress with his potty training—just needs a little more patience and consistency as he settles in. He’s not destructive, easy to have around, and just wants to be close to his people and pack. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate, and low-maintenance little guy who melts into your arms and loves making friends, Chimster’s your boy. Chimster was rescued from a shelter in New Mexico.Meet and greets are by appointment only.  An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above.  Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance.  We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect).  Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets.
