This sweet, easy-going gentleman has the kind of mellow, mature energy that makes him the perfect companion for laid-back adventures or cozy afternoons at home. Chowder loves hanging out with his human friends, soaking up affection, and lounging in the yard. He is an A+ car rider and is always up for a field trip. Chowder recently showed off his good manners around kids of all ages at an off-site event. He’s playful and treat-motivated, with a soft spot for squeaky toys and plushies — though he prefers not to share his prized treasures with other dogs. Speaking of dogs, Chowder has been friendly and appropriate with dogs big and small.If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate senior who still has a playful side (and a serious love of squeaky toys), Chowder is ready to steal your heart — and your passenger seat.
