She doesn’t seem too picky about food like many small dogs, she sleeps through the night in her crate, she loves snuggling up with the other dogs of the house, and after a week at our house she seems to be fully house trained too! Claire is very small though, and she has tried to sneak under our wooden fence once, so she will need to be closely monitored or leash walked for potty breaks until she is firmly bonded with you. Claire seems to have had some mild trauma in her past life, so she will be a little skittish for a while, but she’s just so sweet and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. However, given how skittish she can be we would recommend a house with no small children under 10 who could scare or hurt her as she’s just so tiny. We believe she will make a great companion for someone who wants a little lap dog to carry around and will become instantly attached!
