Critter Details
Meet Coal, your own spicy Jalapeño from Operation Pets Alive! Coal is 2 to 4 years old and a schnauzer/yorkie mix. Coal was found on 105 outside of Conroe High School, but luckily a volunteer found him just in time. Don’t be fooled by his appearance: just because he’s a cute, pocket sized dog doesn’t mean you can pick him up and put him in your pocket: Coal prefers his own space and likes to assert his boundaries. Coal cannot be picked up to be put in his crate, but will go to his crate with a treat. Coal is a daddy’s boy and prefers men, but does just fine with women. Due to his spicyness, he would not be good with young kids or kids who don’t respect his space. He also would do well with an elderly person that is still active and owns at least one good pair of sneakers. This is because despite his small size, Coal can move very fast, so you should secure your house and make sure that all the doors are closed and there is a fence in your yard.
