She just needs a lap to cuddle on and she will bring much joy to her new family.  She would be perfect in the home of a retired person who can give her consistency and attention. We say no small children because her eyesight is fading and she can be startled by their sudden movement. She actually came in from a huge hoard and was then adopted into a loving home until her momma got breast cancer and wasn’t able to care for her any longer. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself. Please expect an adoption fee of $300; some of our urgent or long-term dogs have discounted fees.
