FIV+Hello! This handsome guy has come such a long way in just two months! When Colombo first arrived, he was a total “scaredy cat”, shy, nervous, and unsure of his new space. It took him a good week to come out of his hiding spot and open up to us. A little at a time. With a little love and patience he’s really started to shine. These days, Colombo spends his time roaming the house, lounging in cozy spots, and even playing with a few of the other cats (some he ignores… others he’s decided are playtime buddies). He adores being petted. Once he trusts you, he’ll soak up attention for hours, purring away like the happiest boy. He even follows me around. He’s very motivated by wet food so the way to his heart is definitely through his stomach! Colombo may still be shy when meeting new people, but give him time and space, and you’ll see his sweet, gentle personality come through. Oh, and his fur? It’s like silk. Seriously. petting him is pure luxury! Colombo’s looking for a patient adopter who’ll give him the love, time and understanding he deserves. Take a chance on this soft, sweet boy.
