Cookie is a 1–2-year-old Heeler/Pit mix who’s sweet, playful, and super cuddly. She’s 35 lbs, spayed, crate trained, housebroken, and great with dogs, cats, and adults! Cookie does have separation anxiety and can be a startle biter when woken suddenly, so she’s best in a home without young kids or with someone who can give her space while she sleeps. Because Cookie startles easily when she’s sleeping, she has had two sleep-startle bite/nips involving the children in her home. For this reason, she would do best in a home where kids are not present. She’s not aggressive, just a nervous sleeper who needs a home that understands her boundaries. She’s lived with other pets, isn’t destructive, and comes with her crate. Cookie just wants a loving, patient home to help her feel safe. Interested in giving Cookie her forever home?
