He and his brother were abandoned in the shelter parking lot overnight, left scared and alone until the staff found them in the morning. Now, he’s safe, but he’s still hoping for a family to call his own. Cooper is a sweet, energetic boy who loves people and seems great with other dogs. Though he’s still a little nervous (understandably so!), his loving personality shines through, and he just wants a home where he feels safe and loved.
