Meet Cooper – he is currently between 1 – 2 years old and 42 lbs.  He was found abandoned and skinny on the side of the road, with a scar on his neck from an embedded collar. While it appears Cooper hasn't had the best life, you would never know it from his appreciative nature and friendly disposition! He is good with other dogs, but comes on super strong! Cooper is learning to walk on a leash and to sit and wait (rather than jump) for attention. He is a quick learner.  Cooper loves all people but since he is so energetic, older or considerate kids would be a better fit for this sweet boy.  He is also house trained and crate trained.  Cooper is fully vaccinated, chipped, and neutered, and his adoption fee is $415.
