Cosmo is a sweet, playful young pup with a heart full of love.  He enjoys playing with other dogs, cuddling with his people, and making new friends wherever he goes.  He gets along wonderfully with both cats and dogs.  He is about 8-9 months old and is expected to grow to a medium to large sized dog.  He has been neutered, vaccinated, and tested negative on his 4DX test.  Cosmo was abandoned on a beach in Puerto Rico, but despite his difficult early life, he developed into an affectionate, trusting and happy boy.  He is ready for a loving home where he can thrive and be cherished.  He will be your loyal companion.
