Dahlia is ready to sniff out her next adventure! This 25-pound bundle of curiosity is happiest with her nose to the ground and a toy in her mouth. She loves romping with dog friends, tossing around toys and exploring the world one sniff at a time. Dahlia came to the Behavioral Rehabilitation Center from a local case, arriving as a very fearful dog. Now a graduate from the program, she has blossomed into a resilient companion who is ready to enjoy life with her future family. Dahlia is still learning to walk calmly on leash, especially when something exciting grabs her attention. She loves going on adventures and is always eager to head out! She also enjoys playtime followed by relaxing in a cozy spot. She is also crate-savvy, rearranging her bedding happily like a tiny home decorator. New people can initially be a lot for Dahlia, but she warms up with a little patience — tasty treats or nearby dog buddies also help! Once she knows you, she leans in for petting, asks for attention and soaks up affection. Dahlia has a calm, curious vibe with bursts of playful energy. She is ready to bring joy, fun and a whole lot of heart to her next adventure.
