I'm Dennis. My foster mom calls me Dennis the Menace (I'm not sure why, I'm a perfect angel!). I love hugs and kisses and very curious about everything. HALO's cats and kittens can be seen at Pet Food Express in Antioch. Antioch hours are every Saturday and Sunday 10am-1:30pm (except the third Saturday, we do not have an adoption event).
