Online Adoption Application › These sweet babies were brought into the rescue as bottle babies. Their mom was shot when they were just born. They are around 6 weeks old (4/20/2026) and ready to be adopted 5/15/2026. You can put your applications in today!  The adoption fee is $400, which covers vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet. All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age. Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue’s best guess and not guaranteed.
