Enya is such a sweet companion! She's very friendly, outgoing and affectionate, walmly greeting every person she ever met. She's low-key, and fine to snooze much of the day away, like any grannie cat. However, she's the happiest when she's with people, and she forms very special bond and beautiful attachment to her human. She's a perfect kitty for those who're looking for a cat to cuddle with!  Enya was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD), mild Hyperthyroidism (an overactive thyroid gland), and arthritis, which are all fairly common in senior kitties. To keep her kidneys operating as best as they can, she's eating a kidney support diet, Which she'll go home with a month's supply of when she's adopted! She also takes a tiny daily pill to keep her thyroid functioning at optimum levels. For her arthritis, Enya has been getting monthly Solensia injections are out clinic- and she's been feeling so much more comfortable as a result! Enya is enjoying her golden life as a senior kitty, though she really has the spirit of a young playful cat. She will happily climb into your lap, or sit right next to you, almost as soon as you sit down. Her foster parent describes her as affectionate, loving, very easy to read, easy-going, and very attached to her favorite humans. She will voice her needs (like, "it's breakfast time!" or "pets, please!") but won't be super loud or persistent. She can't wait to find a permanent home and endless head scratches!  **Enya has a care package! She can go home with 3 months' worth of her medication!** Age: 16 years How I came to PAWS: Owner Surrender Animal ID#: A179349 Location: I'm in foster care!
