Fannie is a 1-year-old, 46-pound, perfectly “mystery mix” shepherd-type pup — you know the kind. The classic, all-American, tan-and-golden mutt with a look that says, “I’m going to be someone’s once-in-a-lifetime dog.”And then you see her eyes.Those stunning blue eyes pop right off her warm orange-golden coat like they were painted there on purpose. They’re soulful, curious, and just a little bit searching. And if that wasn’t enough, Fannie is sporting the best pair of eyebrows we’ve ever seen — perfectly expressive, slightly dramatic, and always helping her communicate exactly how she feels. Surprise? Eyebrows. Confusion? Eyebrows. Love? Definitely eyebrows.At just one year old, Fannie is still figuring herself out. The world is big, and she’s learning where she fits in it. She’s in that beautiful in-between stage — no longer a tiny puppy, but still growing into her confidence and discovering what makes her feel safe and loved.What she needs most is a patient, supportive home willing to help guide her as she finds her footing.
