Hi, I’m Festus (61020218), 17 pounds of scruffy sweetness, happy tail wags, and playful little Terrier charm. I’m 4 years old and I may be small, but my heart is HUGE. I love going for walks and I’m told I’m quite the gentleman on leash, too!
