READY TO BE YOUR BEST FRIEND: Approx. 5 years old / Approx. 29 lbs. Hello – I’m Fiona! Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I am so glad they did. I came in a bit underweight with skin issues and hair loss, but good nutrition, medicated baths and great veterinary care have me looking and feeling so much better and ready to meet my new family! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I recently met some other dogs at Mostly Mutts. I did fine with the male dogs and the females that were smaller than me, so – if you have a nice doggie at home that fits that description, let’s meet and see if we can be pals! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no very young kids that I may bump over and because I’m playfully mouthy. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a super sweet and lovable girl with a fun and playful nature. My wide-eyed expression and attentive, adorable stance lets you know I am ready for the next adventure! I’m delightful and a happy pup for my shelter baths, and I enjoyed the process of having my skin attended to with nice scrubs and scratches – ahhhh! I was pretty mouthy at first during my baths – thinking it was a game, but I have learned to settled in – though I am a playful pup as well as a friendly and focused girl. / My energy level is 4-6+. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I am learning lots of great commands with my trainer. I’ve already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come’, ‘leave it’ and ‘drop it’ commands. Top of my class! I’m working on my playful mouthiness, so check back soon to see what else I have learned and how I’m doing with my mouthiness. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / I've been having some accidents on the shelter schedule, so please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I’m always ready for a play session and especially like running and playing with balls. I’ve not quite mastered the fetch game yet, but I will give up the ball easily so the game can continue! My walks are always fun, and I sometimes like to carry a toy with me. It helps me remember not to grab my leash – lol. / I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I’m getting medicated baths for a little longer for my skin/fur and these can be done in my new home. I have moderate tartar on my teeth, so my adoptive family should consult with their vet and consider a dental cleaning in the future. You may notice that my ears are a little thicker than some dogs which is from previously untreated ear infections, but I’m doing well now. I am looking for a home where I will be a much-loved member of the family for life! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
