Name:  Flint         Best Guess for Breed:   Lab and terrier mix   Best Guess for Age: 7 months as of February 2025       SEX:   Male   Approximate Weight: 39 lbs as of 2/21/25; he is still growing!   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven’t seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested if you have them.   Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.    Flint is Looking For:  His forever home! Through no fault of his own this cutie with the irresistible eyes (imagine him looking at you while you’re eating!) landed in the shelter. He’s barely out of puppyhood and hasn’t seen nearly enough of the world. He’s eagerly looking forward to having his own humans for romps in the park and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so he can show how super smart he is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And he’ll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, he wants to know he’s safe and loved. In exchange he promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags he’s storing up, and loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say?
