See Frannie’s HomepageGo to our official websiteMeet FRANNIE, a lovely red/brown mixed breed young girl looking for a home. Frannie is around 1 year old and fully grown at 36 pounds. Her breed mix is a mystery, she's your basic Heinz-57 Varieties-type mixed breen designer original dog. Fannie is stunning with her red/brown cot and caramel-colored eyes. Photos don't due her justice. Frannie landed in a shelter as an emaciated stray but we've packed some weight on her and she's looking great. She's a bit timid in new situations and when meeting new people. She just needs a bit of time to warm up and know that she's safe. We are still getting to know Frannie and will update her bio as we learn more. If you'd like to meet Frannie, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Frannie at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
