While Garfield isn’t the playful type when it comes to other pets, he’s incredibly easygoing and gets along wonderfully with cats of all ages and large dogs. In his foster home, he peacefully coexists with everyone – often cuddling up next to them for naps or bedtime. Garfield absolutely adores being petted, especially those good head scratches, and will reward you with the softest purrs and sweet head bumps. His favorite place to sleep? Right on your pillow, snuggled up beside your head like a furry little guardian angel. The Greater Derry Humane Society does not have a physical shelter, and all visits are by appointment only.
