Gracious aka Gracey is a Beautiful tan colored puppy with a stunning black mask.  She is very sweet and looks at you with intelligent beautiful eyes.  She has the typical  puppy energy and is learning the sit command. She is a wonderful puppy! Gracious and her brother, Gilly, were found as strays in our area and brought to our rescue when they were only about 6 to 7 weeks old. Both were very thin, hungry and in need of help. Gracious was also very lethargic and, at first, we weren't sure if she'd pull through. After receiving some TLC from our staff, both pups made a remarkable recovery and are now doing great. It was her gracious attitude for the help that she received that earned her the name Gracious. Gracious is a very friendly, playful pup who does get along very well with other pups. At times, however, she does exhibit the typical "alpha" dog traits, especially during feeding time, but with a little training, she should overcome such behavior. Still, being very people-oriented, Gracious will make a great addition into just about any home situation.  Gracious has already received all of her first year "puppy" vaccinations, de-wormings and even spayed. She's also been kept up to date on her monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives, She will require additional house and leash training, which should come very easily. A home that allows her plenty of room to run and play would be best for her.
