We did a ‘Lilo and Stitch’ theme for this group, and Grand Councilwoman got her name because she is the first to greet you at the door and wants to be involved in everything that’s going on! She is extremely friendly and affectionate and loves nothing more than being pet and getting attention. Despite her sometimes ‘judgey’ expression, she truly does love everyone and gets along great with cats, kittens, dogs and children! She loves to be the center of attention and will make a wonderful addition to your home!  This cat is spayed, up to date on distemper and rabies vaccinations, dewormings, tested negative for FIV/Felv, is on flea/tick preventative and ear mite preventative. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up ‘curb side’. Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *     DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:  Initial vet visit Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)Distemper vaccinationSNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart wormBroad spectrum dewormers Monthly flea/tick preventative Ear mite preventative The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
