Now just over 2 years old, Hammy has been with us since he was only 5 months old—another sweet soul growing up in rescue. Currently thriving in his upstate NY foster home, Hammy is full of joy and personality. He’s fantastic with kids (ages 5+), other dogs, and even cats! This playful, silly, and affectionate boy is crate-trained, housebroken, fully vetted, and 100% ready to join a forever family. Hammy is the total package and would make the perfect companion for an active and loving home. Our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary.  Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies.  Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.
